Visa application through CSI

Our local partner, Congress Solutions International (CSI), offers assistance to obtain a visa for a fee of US$95. It is not compulsory to use CSI, but delegates booking their accommodation through CSI will benefit from not having to put down a deposit of US$272 to apply for their visa. In addition, CSI can help speed up the visa process thanks to their government status. CSI also sends the visa via e-mail, which saves delegates from having to queue for visa collection at the airport.

Congress Solutions International issues all visas for a duration of 30 days or less, prior to the participant’s arrival date.

CSI can only issue visas up to 1 week prior to arrival, sometimes in 72hrs, if an emergency visa is required.

All enquiries and applications shall be send to visa@idf.org.
